Paul Ross from Jeep is friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and honest. He knows how to connect with his customers and is always willing to go out of his way to help. Thanks Paul! I would also like to mention Andrew Sloan, who provided a positive, easy and stress free financial service. Andrew is interested in getting you the best deal and it truly feels like he cares! This was my first time purchasing a new car, it took me 4 years to finally find what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with both Paul and Andrew's support throughout the entire process. I highly recommend John Hughs Jeep thanks to them.

Extremely rude staff and ended the call on me. He called in, without even greeting or saying where he’s from, and I had to make the first move. He then asked if I was interested in buying a car and I said I was in a meeting. He completely ignored me and proceeded to ask “why aren’t I interested anymore” or sum like that then I didn’t answer him but I kindly said “thanks for the call”. He ended the call without a word.I was initially very interested in a car but I think we’ll have to wait for that experience to pass.

I have our Jeep serviced here, and the staff are great, and the job has always been done quickly and efficiently, however dealership prices are always so much higher than other auto mechanics. If the price was closer, it would be a five star service.

Jeep Australia Avoids its ResponsibilitiesBe warned everyone who is thinking of buying a Jeep. I have just found out that Jeep Australia (Fiat Chrysler Australia) is refusing to acknowledge a known technical issue with their 2014 Grand Cherokee. They are refusing to rectify a fault with my Grand Cherokee either under extended warranty that I purchased or through goodwill. The fact that the problem was subject to a nation wide recall in the US where Jeep USA fixed the problem at no cost to the customer is being totally ignored by Jeep Australia.Imagine, you get into your vehicle and start the car only to find the instrument cluster, with all its vital information such as speed, fuel usage, heat status, indicators, lights and so on, is blank! Nothing I could do got it going again. And then told by the Dealer, Osborne Park Jeep, that not only would it take 4 to 6 weeks to get a new cluster from the US, but also that it was not covered under the extended warranty I purchased, nor under any recall. They simply told me to take it up with FCA.When I did call FCA, they confirmed they were aware of the situation but told me there would be no offer of any compensation at all.As good as the Jeep is, the back up by Jeep Australia is pathetic. Be warned!

Called up due to having a recall on my airbags, said it would be a month until they could look at it, legally not allowed to drive the car, asked if they could do anything since its a safety issue and didn't want to know about it, terrible since it's a factory issue, called another chrysler dealer and they fitted me in right away, so 1 start for poor service

Dear John, your adverts state choose the dealer before the car. I did this at Vic Park dealership and I walked inside the Jeep showroom, not one person around to talk to. One girl in an office showing no interest. Interested in upgrading my Cherokee to a new one, but nobody there. Went back today to ask about a potential trade in, Paul took my car for a valuation and honestly, for a vehicle in excellent condition, low kms, it was an absolute insult. I appreciate prices, have done my own homework and really was the absolute extreme low ball figure. You need to know what is going at Vic Park. I am in the market but your team missed an opportunity. Poor to no customer service and inability to negotiate. Disappointing given your very public promise. I chose you and you failed me.

Had the best Car buying experience at John Hughes Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Had incredible service from Steve, who listened to all of our needs and wishes and delivered us quality, integrity and trust in buying our vehicle. Could not be happier with our experience.

My brand new jeep and my experience has been the worst. Even after the warranty finished, the problems I had were not fixed. My car developed suspension issues at 5000 kms and did a gearbox bearing over 12, 000 kms. The suspension issue was never fully fixed and I brought it in so many times . Right now its costing me to sort it out..
